Contact messages
We use submitted details to answer the message, investigate a correction and protect the form from abuse. Replied-to messages are normally deleted after 12 months, spam after 90 days and pseudonymised attempt records after 30 days.
Privacy controls
Your data is not vehicle telemetry.
MyMGEV is an independent publication. It does not connect to your MG, read its VIN, location, battery, driving history or remote controls.
Data minimisation
Do not send passwords, verification codes, full VINs or unnecessary personal information. Messages never publish automatically.
Cookies and analytics
MyMGEV counts page activity, searches, tool use and advert interactions in daily aggregates without analytics cookies, raw IP addresses or visitor profiles. Approved advertising is delivered by the EVHubUK network; advert links are clearly labelled and use sponsored link attributes.
Your rights
Requests can be sent to hello@mymgev.co.uk. Identity may need to be verified before personal data is disclosed or deleted.
